昨日5月3日は松本市のアルウィンで『松本山雅FC』vs『水戸ホーリーホック』のホーム戦が行われました！

Yesterday, May 3, was the soccer match between Matsumoto Yamaga FC and Mito Holly Hock!

朝方は雨が降っていて、天気が少し心配でしたが、雨がすぐに止んで、気温もだんだん上がりました。

昨日の温度も25度に達して、もう夏がそこまで近づいてきている感じがします。

 
Early yesterday morning it rained quite hard, so I was kind of worried about the weather (no one likes watching soccer while soaking wet, right?), but the rain soon stopped and the temperature started rising.

Lately, it feels more like summer than spring in Matsumoto with high temperatures every day. Yesterday was no exception as the temperature reached a nice 25 degrees Celsius.

松本山雅のホームグラウンドの「アルウィン」は、日本屈指のフットボール専用の天然芝のスタジアムです。最大2万人の収容能力があります！今回の試合は15, 000人を超えるサポーターが駆けつけました！

As this is a home game, meaning that Matsumoto Yamaga played their home field, the match was held at Matsumoto’s big stadium named Alwin (a play on the words ‘Alps’ and ‘Wind’, though I originally guessed the ‘win’ literally stood for WIN). It is a very big stadium, with a maximum capacity for 20,000 people! A lot of people gathered for this match as well; there were about 15,000 people!

There are probably a lot of people who already know this, but we have a special Buena Vista booth there!

All kinds of food are being sold there, such as a rice bowl with lamb meat (one of Nagano’s specialties), curry pan, sandwiches, muffins and many more. These food items are specifically made for matches in Alwin, so you cannot buy them regularly at Hotel Buena Vista's shop and pastry "Paseo". Don't miss this chance and try them when you can! With the kickoff being at 14:00, a lot of people came to the Buena Vista booth before the match started.

試合は、両チーム一進一退の戦いでしたが、後半に得点を重ねた松本山雅が

水戸ホーリーホックに勝利しました！！

 

The match went back and forth between both teams, 

but in the second half Yamaga scored two goals and won against Mito Holly Hock!!
