いよいよ桜の時期です！
本日は、松本の気になる桜情報をお届けいたします。
3月31日、松本城管理事務所に確認をしたところ、国宝松本城の桜の開花ですが、松本城のお堀や庭園内にあるソメイヨシノは例年よりだいぶ早く、明日、4月1日（日）に開花となる見込みです。
見ごろは、天候にもよりますが1週間から10日ほどだとのことです。
また、本丸庭園内にあるコヒガンザクラやシダレザクラは3分咲きとのことです。
Spring has come!
The weather has been getting increasingly warmer, even reaching early summer-like temperatures (24 degrees Celsius) on Wednesday and Thursday.
Most flowers are starting to bloom beautifully, and today we will inform you on the progress of the cherry blossoms in Matsumoto.
The cherry blossom or ‘sakura’ is Japan’s most iconic and famous flower and whenever the cherry blossom season starts (differs per area, but usually around March and April) tourists from all over the world are flocking to Japan to see them.
In Matsumoto, they haven’t quite started blooming yet, but they will soon enough.
According to the Management Office of Matsumoto Castle, the cherry blossoms around the castle (the Someiyoshino or Yoshino cherry blossom in particular) will bloom earlier than previous years, and is expected to open its flowers tomorrow April 1st (Sunday).
Depending on the weather, the viewing time will be a week to 10 days.
Also, the Kohigan and Shidare cherry blossoms inside Honmaru Garden are about one third in bloom.
また、庭園内の梅の花も見ごろを迎えています。
桜と梅が同時に楽しめることは、近年ありませんでした。

市内の桜の状況は、松本城近くの辰巳の御庭のコヒガンザクラは6分咲きとなり、市内各地で桜が楽しめる季節となってきました。
今後少し標高の高い、桜の名所の弘法山古墳や城山公園なども1週間から10日ほど遅れて開花となる見込みです。
